FAQ

When will my back order arrive?

When a product you ordered is on back order, your whole order (depending on the time duration of the back order) will be postponed. An email, from customer service, will be sent to you to update you on your order. If the time duration is a longer than 2 (two) weeks, the rest of your order will be shipped and a substitute item will be suggested. Once your product that was on back order is shipped, another email, from customer service, will notify you and send you the tracking number.

Why did I receive 3 out of the 4 items?

All items are shipped direct from us AND/OR a manufacturer. This means your order may come in more than one package and from more than one carrier. Since, you may get multiple packages, not all of your products will come together, you may get some in one package, and the rest in another.

If your items will be shipped through us and a manufacturer an email will be sent to the you, from customer service, so that you are aware.

When it comes to shipping, we strongly recommend our customers read the Shipping & Handling page first. Please look at this page if you have any more questions.

Will I receive all of my products on the same day?

If the products are shipped directly from our store, then yes, you will receive them on the same day (unless a product is on back order for longer than 2 weeks).

If the products are shipped directly from us AND a manufacturer then you will receive packages on different days and possibly from a different carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
