As stated in our Shipping & Handling, some of our products are shipped from various companies. If your products came in multiple packages or someone other than Go All Natural Pet, you must review “Our Return Policy”, as well as the product’s “Manufacturer Policy”. To know who your manufacturer is, look for the brand (example: HerbSmith), click on HerbSmith, and their policy will be displayed in PDF.

Our Return Policy:

The customer has 30 days from day of arrival to return the product. The product must be returned in the original package, unused, and unopened. Since, we do not pay for the cost of shipping for return items, we recommend getting insurance for your package, because damaged item will not be accepted.

Please contact us, by email, if you opened your product or if you received it damaged. Opening the product may deem it non-refundable. If the product is damaged,

please take pictures and email them to us at: contact@goallnaturalpet.com

If your product is specialized, personalized, or customized, it is not refundable.

Refunds will include the total amount minus 5% (five percent) restocking fee, shipping costs, and taxes.
