Special Order Products
Many items on our website are special order items. If you have any concerns about a certain item on our website please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 888-540-7389 to inquire. Special order products are either items that are low demand or are specially made to order by the customer. We would love to stock everything but our warehouse space is limited unfortunately. There will be no cancellations or returns for these types of items. NO EXCEPTIONS. I really wish this was different but it is our suppliers’ policy. All custom/special orders are processed in a timely manner. It takes 3-14 days for Special Order items to arrive at our warehouse, it can then be shipped to your doorstep. Refusal of a Special Order package does NOT warrant a return for refund or credit.
Payment Information: We accept Master Card and Visa and PayPal. The full amount must be payable in U.S. funds only.
About Your Order: Orders are processed during business hours. If you have questions about your order or the shipment of your order, please email Go All Natural Pet. An email response will be sent during business hours - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Monday through Friday. Shipping: Most orders are shipped via USPS. Some Manufacturers ship UPS/Fed Ex. USPS does not deliver on Sundays and UPS/Fed Ex does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Most orders ship the same day or within 7-10 business days and are shipped direct from the manufacturer or from our store. This means your order may come in more than one package and from more than one carrier.
Shipping Cost: Some manufacturer's require a fixed shipping cost, this may result in a higher than usual shipping cost.
Estimated Delivery Times
• 1-3 Business Days for Order Processing (usually this only takes 1 day)
• 1-7 Days of transit time for US Continental Shipments
Please note that Special Order items have to be ordered directly from the manufacturer and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive at our location. When we receive the items, you will be issued a tracking number for your order and can expect a 1-7 day transit time.
I hate back orders and I know you do too! We try very hard to keep a plentiful stock in our warehouses but sometimes we sell them faster than we can get them! In case of a back order, we will notify you at the email provided with an ETA of the product. You may choose to wait or we will issue a refund of your purchase.
